The tools
Cost of bad data calculator puts a defensible number on what your current data problems cost per year. It runs in the browser and nothing is sent anywhere. This is usually the fastest route to a governance conversation with a budget attached, because it turns "our data is bad" into a figure a CFO can argue with — and a CFO who is arguing with your number is a CFO who is engaged with your problem.
Maturity assessment is a practical DAMA-based scorecard. Less than ten minutes, and it comes back with your maturity level, a five-axis radar chart and three quick wins aimed at your weakest pillar. Start here if you know something is wrong but can't yet name it in a sentence.
Template library holds the Excel and Word files I actually open on client work: pain-point identification, a 5W2H governance framing, governance evolution stages, catalog tool use cases, principles and policies, and a governance scorecard. They have blank columns on purpose.
Playbooks are two PDFs — one on standing up data governance, one on AI governance — plus the maturity assessment framework as a document you can rewrite in your own words.
Scenario simulators are three branching scenarios that put you inside the trade-offs instead of describing them: Data Governance Day-to-Day, Who Owns This? and Data Literacy, plus CDMP Exam Practice, which is DMBOK exam preparation rather than a scenario — ten questions drawn from a hundred, in English, in the format the DAMA certification uses. They take about ten minutes each and they are more fun than this sentence suggests. If you want to run them with your own team, on a private leaderboard and rewritten around your systems, that's the workshop format — and what the public runs have revealed so far is on the simulator results page.
